Your card is valid statewide, so you can purchase from licensed dispensaries anywhere in West Virginia. Morgantown sits close to the Pennsylvania line, and it is worth being careful: West Virginia’s program does not give you protection in other states. Keep your use and your products within West Virginia.

If you will be moving away after graduation or a job change, remember that your West Virginia registration is tied to West Virginia residency. Plan ahead rather than assuming your card will carry over.
